Why do we need specialized mounting brackets?

- Risk-resistant foundation: to cope with extreme weather (typhoon, snow) and geological changes (settlement, vibration) to avoid the fence tipping over.

- Flexible Adaptation: Match different terrains (mountain, desert, roof) and fence types (metal mesh, grill, electronic fence).

- Cost reduction and efficiency: standardized brackets reduce customization costs, modular design improves installation speed.

 

The four main design elements of solar fence mounting brackets

1. Material selection  

   - Galvanized steel: high bearing capacity, suitable for large ground power station, need to pay attention to the welding point anti-corrosion treatment.  

   - Aluminum alloy: light weight, corrosion resistance, suitable for roof or corrosive environment (coastal, near chemical plants).  

   - Composite material: good insulation, suitable for matching with electronic fence, but the cost is higher.

 

2. Type of structure  

   - Ground pile type: Helical ground pile is screwed directly into the ground without concrete, suitable for loose soil.  

   - Pre-embedded base: Fixed by concrete pouring, strong stability, used in rocky or high wind pressure area.  

   - Counterweight type: Fixed by concrete block or steel frame ballast, protect the waterproof layer of the roof, suitable for distributed power stations.

 

3. Connection technology  

   - Anti-loosening bolts: avoid vibration causing screws to fall off.  

   - Snap fastening structure: Reduce the reliance on tools and improve the installation efficiency.  

   - Elastic cushion: to alleviate the damage to the structure caused by thermal expansion and contraction or external impact.  

 

4. Compatibility design  

   - The reserved holes are suitable for different fence post sizes;  

   - Adjustable height (±15cm) to cope with uneven ground.  

 

Key steps for installation

- Pre-survey:  

  Testing soil hardness, underground pipelines (to avoid piling damage)

- Accurate positioning:  

  Use laser level to mark the bracket points, horizontal error ≤3mm, row/column spacing deviation <5cm.  

- Anti-corrosion treatment:  

  Welding coated with antirust paint, coastal areas are recommended to use hot dip galvanized material.  

- Dynamic monitoring:  

  Apply 50kg horizontal thrust to test the stability after installation, and check whether the ground stake is loose periodically.
