Glazed tile roof: Glazed tile roof is suitable for small and medium-sized distributed PV power stations, usually using hook mounting, fixed on the roof structure (such as concrete beams or wooden beams) through stainless steel hooks, and with rails and pressure blocks to fix the PV modules. When are installed, the hook position needs to be determined according to the tile size, thickness, specifications and materials of beams and purlins and spacing. In addition, the PV mounting system for glazed tile roof usually adopts aluminum alloy rails and stainless steel hooks, and the materials have good corrosion resistance and wind resistance. The installation of glazed tile roof is more flexible, and the angle of the bracket can be designed according to the customer's demand, which is applicable to the latitude and longitude requirements of different countries or regions.
Color steel tile roof: Color steel tile roof is suitable for large-scale workshops or warehouses and other large-area roofs, photovoltaic bracket installation methods mainly include fixture-type installation and welding installation. Fixture type installation by installing special fixture on the corrugated color steel tile, and then through the guide rail fixed photovoltaic components; welded installation will use the bolt welding machine to install the bolt welded to the surface of the color steel tile, to avoid punching holes. PV modules on color steel tile roofs are usually installed flat, at the same angle as the roof, and the number of modules installed is related to the roof area and load bearing. Due to the light weight of the color steel tile roof, the load requirement of the bracket is lower, usually using aluminum alloy bracket, its weight is only one-third of the steel bracket.
Optimization of bracket spacing
Glazed tile roofs: Hook spacing for glazed tile roofs is usually calculated based on the arrangement of the components and the length of the rails. Glazed roof components are usually installed horizontally, and the distance between the hooks is evenly distributed according to the length of the rails. In general, the hook spacing of glazed roof tiles is about 1 meter, and a certain access distance (e.g. 300mm) is reserved between each row of components.
As glazed roof tiles are brittle, it is necessary to ensure that the hooks are positioned accurately during installation to avoid damage to the tiles.
Color steel tile roof: Hook spacing on color steel tile roofs is usually optimized according to the arrangement of the modules and the load-bearing capacity of the racking. The PV modules of color steel tile roof are usually installed flat, and the spacing between the modules is 1.5 times the height of the modules. Due to the variety of tile types on color steel tile roofs, suitable clamps or welding methods need to be selected according to the tile type during installation to ensure the stability and safety of the modules.
The installation pitch of color steel tile roof is usually about 1 meter, and a certain access distance (e.g. 300mm) is reserved between each row of components.
Due to the lighter weight of the color steel tile roof, the load requirement of the bracket is lower, so the hook spacing can be appropriately relaxed to improve the installation efficiency.
