Reinforcement of PV racking is an important part of ensuring the long-term stable operation of PV power generation systems.
Photovoltaic Racking Reinforcement Methods
Basic reinforcement:
l For ground-mounted PV bracket, you can ensure the stability of the PV panels by burying the reinforcement in the ground, inserting
reinforcement materials such as footing piles into the ground,
and tightening the screws.
l In special environments such as deserts, soil strength can be improved by compacting the PV racking foundation concrete to prevent
erosion and racking settlement
Reinforcement of roof photovoltaic panels:
l For roofs that do not meet the load requirements, they can be reinforced by adding steel beams, sandalwood bars, angles, etc.
l Use of floor reinforcement methods such as adding support structures, reinforcing steel beams, increasing the number of roof layers, etc.
Special bracket reinforcement:
l Enhance the structural strength and stability of PV mounts using components such as sliding sheave axles, motorized pins and
wire ropes, especially in the state of wind protection.
l For flexible PV panels, special brackets and bolts can be used to fix the PV panels to the wall.
Welding and anti-corrosion treatment:
l During installation, forcible hammering and gas cutting and reaming should be avoided, and roof protection measures are required when
welding to prevent welding slag from scalding the roof.
l For the case of weld opening, should be timely repair welding, and do a good job of anti-corrosion treatment
