Waterproofing is the top priority: If the roof waterproofing layer is thin or brittle, give preference to Ballast Mounting System or Angle Aluminum/ Triangular Bracket to avoid drilling holes that could damage the waterproofing layer.

Assess construction conditions: If the project has a tight schedule and concrete pouring is difficult on site, give preference to Precast Block System or Adjustable Angle Ballast System, as both solutions offer rapid installation and do not require curing time.

Check material quality: Regardless of the bracket type chosen, ensure the material meets hot-dip galvanised or high-quality aluminium alloy standards, and that the anti-corrosion treatment complies with national or German standards to ensure service life.

Wind resistance and safety: In areas prone to strong winds, verify the bracket’s wind resistance rating (it is recommended to select products with a wind resistance rating of ≥ 100 km/h or 50 m/s) and check whether safety locking devices are provided.
